A business permit is regulated in terms of Section 15(1), Regulation 24 and items 13 and 14 of Schedule A.
A business permit may be issued by the Department to a foreigner intending to establish or invest in a business in South Africa in which he or she may be employed, and to members of such foreigners immediate family providing that certain requirements have been met.
