Investment in own Business, with or without
a South African partner.
A business permit is regulated in terms of Section
15(1), Regulation 24 and items 13 and
14 of Schedule A.
A business permit may be issued by the
Department to a foreigner intending to establish
or invest in a business in South Africa in which
he or she may be employed, and to members of
such foreigners immediate family providing that
certain requirements have been met.
Although the Act calls for investment of R2,5
million in a business to get both temporary
and permanent business permits, you can
get these visas with less capital investment
- sometimes for as low as R100,000 (16,000
USD) investment using our expert team at
SA Migration Services.
SA Migration Sevices will professionally
help to arrange your Business Permits for you.
